Pros
Great earning potential
Great computer systems
Management support is good
Top level management is fantastic
Cons
The hidden message at this company is to make as much money you can by any means necessary. There is high competition to make deals by any means necessary. Bending the truth and influencing people are methods that are taught. I ignored all these teachings and was still able to perform in the top 20%, but wasn't able to continue working because of the reputation that Boardwalk/Nexgen/Jacob employees have.
Also, college students are hired so the company can make a quick buck off of them. They will take your desk space, they will rent out 2 apartments to their friends, never get a new listing, and leave. Complete leeches
Advice to Senior Management
Fire your terrible employees, stop hiring college students, and teach respect for your clients rather than how to influence people in a negative way.
Pros
Management and colleagues are very helpful.
Most experienced employees are nice and are straightforward.
Transparency in the workplace is abundant and encouraged.
Cons
No opportunity for career growth.
Start off as a real estate professional and be promoted to a manager and that's it!
Most of the company is based on doing apartment rentals, almost no sales.
Advice to Senior Management
Upper management needs to be more helpful and stop looking down on their employees.
Sharing ideas to employees instead of treating everyone like enemies might help.
