Pros

The people are nice to work for and if you do you job and do it well they compensate you well with golf clubs if you want. You won't be able to recieve these benefits right away but in time if you can prove that you are a loyal and trustworthy employee they will realize and will be more than accommodating when it comes to something you would like.

Cons

Very unorganized and there is a crucial lack of communication between the employer and employees and amongst employees. Things are organized in an old fashioned way which gets the company in trouble sometimes because things are hard to find.

Advice to Senior Management

Learn to communicate in a more efficient way and dont be afraid to try new things that might help the company become more organized and efficient
