I worked at Bob Moore Auto as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

I found that there was a minimal level of loyalty to most employees that was beneficial for all who were in the corporate HQ.

    Cons

They were not very proactive about communicating ANYTHING. It appeared as if they were only seeking a short term person but asked for long term assignments. Once a decision was made about a project there was very little follow through about how and when, and what they actually wanted. It was very confusing to understand the chain of command as well as deadlines. Although there seemed to be a great need for the person they hired, there was no cross training to allow a full utilization of those that were involved.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you are going to demand excellence, offer excellence in addition to RESPECT. If you have an HR issue with someone, tell them, and communicate WHAT YOU WANT!
