Pros
The people really believe in the products
there's a family feel between coworkers
the company truly believes in compensating fairly (incl overtime), so there are very few exempt employees
job security
Cons
Lack of consistency in application of dress codes/jewelry/facial hair, etc
Advice to Senior Management
