- it's like Disney -- looks so nice from the outside, until you realize inside operations
- fairly flexible with scheduling
- co-workers were great, very fun atmosphere
- convenient location

Cons

- strange management practices
- "let's cover up the smoke, but don't worry extinguishing the fire" mentality
- preferential treatment of employees, selectively strict on certain policies
- very little genuine praise when due
- never know where you stand
- virtually non-existent promotional opportunities
- non-standard working hours due to hospitality field

Advice to Senior Management

Take a closer look at your employees and recognize the ones that actually care about your organization, few as those may be. Most become disillusioned very quickly because of the way everything is run, despite how excited everyone was when first getting the privilege to work for the Boca Resort.
