    Advice to ManagementAdvice

give more possibilities to young students and try to motivate more. Another advice is for the career service centre: instead of pretending for being useful by just publishing job offerings that we can find on the internet and inviting to presentations useless, it would be better to create a real interaction (not just for advertising) between students and employers and real job opportunities.
