Decent pay, growing company with an ambitious management.

Cons

Boden has been mostly a IT staffing company, but is expanding aggressively into in-house development. The upper management is very competent, but the lower level staff could use some training on courtesy at times. The recruiters could do a better job

You do a fairly decent job. But some feedback from the client could be useful. You could also train the recruiters better
