    Pros

Good company with bright future and plenty of pipeline and collaborations. Great pay, benefits and vacation package (5 to 6 weeks).

    Cons

Few employees who are working there for long time are controlling everything. As long as you are one among them by doing favors to senior management, you will be promoted and given lot of awards. Otherwise, you are nobody. If the company get rid of those senior managers who are working for awhile and maintaining politics, then, there will be a better working environment for the other employees.

    Advice to Management

stop playing politics and making biased decisions.

    Pros

Flexible work environment, value work-life balance

    Cons

Clinical trial management is used to run the trials but is not kept informed of the project's progress (successes, faulted, future plans). CTM is also not given therapeutic training to build expertise despite being required to have a scientific degree and background
