Pros – Great pay.... Great benefits.. Stable. Economy proof.. Lots of dinners bought by the company..

Cons – Most everyone who works there has been there for at least 15+ years.... And yet they act like high scholars... Always gossip, always in your business.. If people here would mind their own business, would be the greatest employer!! Period... Sadly, this will never happen... Too much back stabbing. Incredibly hard to get a job here.... MUST KNOW SOMEONE WHO IS FRIENDS WITH THE HIRING MANAGER...

Advice to Senior Management – Management does a good job controlling what they can.. Unfortunately, they can't control it all....

Cons – Refusal to improve logistics at Building B.

Advice to Senior Management – Build a WIP cooler in building B to place to stage product. Protect integrity of the product, stop placing it in the the hallway. No other company that has a product as valuable as Boehringer's would stage temprature controlled product in a hallway.
