Pros
Various opportunities. Exciting Projects and decent benefit and pay. Relatively flexible culture. Good to work with world finest engineers and scientists
Cons
management likes to move people around to suit for different tasks and lower cost. Office working conditions and parking conditions are always a problem for people work in everett.
Advice to Senior Management
Encourage the knowledge transfer from experienced employee to the young employees. Provide fair promotion to the hard working, intelligent engineers instead of the "power-point" engineers.

Many projects to work on, managers want you to enjoy your internship, exciting atmosphere

Keep up early-hiring process...its grabbing a lot of top students before other companies get a chance

Pros
The best reason to work at Boeing is that you work on airplanes. BCA is also a good place if you value work/life balance.
Cons
Meetings, meetings, meetings.... Decision by consensus really stymies development and kills momentum. Oh and did I mention meetings. There are too many meetings! Yikees...
Advice to Senior Management
Encourage and develop talent! Move fast and make decisions. Please join the 21st century in terms of information technology. Develop 30-something leaders as more and more people retire...

Challenging, cutting-edge work, great benefits, good pay, and the opportunity to advance if one works hard at setting and completing goals
Cons
Union stranglehold over hourly workforce leaves those who aren't on board with the union's political agenda feel misrepresented. Instances of nepotism are a little too frequent, with unqualified individuals securing jobs over qualified people, simply because of family relations or "knowing a guy that knows a guy".
Advice to Senior Management
Separate family members to different work sites. People notice, and it corrodes morale. Be a little less greedy with information that could affect the work force that isn't strictly "need to know". Most of us love our jobs and respect management as is due the supervisor/subordinate relationship, but we sometimes feel that the feeling isn't mutual.

Advice to Senior Management
First off, learn to lead. If you can't inspire others and motivate them, step down. You are making things worse. It is OK to not be a great leader, not many are. I certainly am not. Stop leaning on experience. It isn't everything. There are very, very capable 20-somethings and 30-somethings that can and will walk circles around even the executives of all BCA programs. So, respect ambitious people and promote their ambitions. Give them the chance to learn and excel. Stop forcing people to sit down, shut up , and grind. You will continue losing young people if you force them to wait 5-10 years for a chance to make a new grade, even if they are capable much earlier.
Also, pay better. 65 billion in revenue and you rarely give people market value when you hire and or promote them? Seriously? Most people are happy to make market value, so I am baffled as to why you don't do this when your revenues are sky high. Last but not least, a majority of jobs require little actual time to be spent at the office, yet many programs force you to be there, even when the weather is awful. In fact, you either take a sick day or vacation day, or you lose money. Yet another thing that makes people very upset. We are all adults, treat us like an adult and wonderful things will happen. Does it mean baby or pamper us? No, but being respectful and giving us the tools and the chances to succeed will go a long way in keeping the company competitive.

good money, challenging work and an excellent set of co-workers. This is a world leader in aviation and the opporunities are fantastic.
Cons
Too much bureaucracy, the decisions seemed to get muddled up in a sea of paperwork. As a large company with much to risk, it is very conservative.

To make an increased effort to listen to low-level employee feedback.
