Provide strategic direction to employees to get them to buy into the philosphy and vision going forward.

Good capable people and coworkers. Product focus are in the right markets. Corporation is of a size that can keep it from being too bureaucratsc but can tend toward large company mentality

Cons

No work life balance, no job security. You are either burned out or let go. There are Very few long term employees.

as said before, you screw up in your first promotion you get moved lateral to another then another one..

stop treating people like numbers but as your most important assets-whether through promotion, plague or pay-raise or all of them

insurance is okay but expensive out of pocket premiums

Cons

if you get hurt at boise or see someone get hurt, you get fired.
