good money, great benefits, even though is a lot of work good money is paid. good health benefits and 2 days off

management should be strick. management should appreciate the work that crew members do. management use favorites when it comes to promotions

Sometimes the environment can be ok. The employees seen to get along very well and we work extremely hard too.

Bojangles really dont give out promotions to the people that really deserve them. Most good people are overlooked for "favorites"

free food, breaks, there isn't really much to expect from a job of this nature. if someone needs a paycheck then work there

mean customers, management seem to be a bit harsh on their employees. employees are expected to do way too much

try to be more decent with your employees. just because you have a management position, does not mean you should look down on your employees

Managment played favorites with the hours worked. If they did not like you, they would cut your hours, regardless of your work ethic

Management thought only of themselves and there job. Huge firing or dismissal rate of long time employees

good pay and insurance , fringe benefits, very easy to move up in the company, bonuses, flexable hours, employees discounts, meeting panthers players.

your best is never good enough, working alot of hours, employee turnover, always pointing out the negatives never the positives.

as a unit director over a unit never expect upper management to back you up your opinion does not matter in there decisions.

Pros

You can move up the ladder very quickly. Bojangles has given me a career for the rest of my life!

Some people might not like the fact that you have to work weekends, but as with any job in retail this is part of the terrority.

Keep doing a great job at what you guys are doing! I wouldn't trade my job for the whole world!

Some managers are slack. Definitely not a long-term place for those who are truly seeking a more fulfilling career outside of the fast food world.
