- You know you are working on a cool product (private jets)

-They ask you to do things to waste your time,
- huge bureaucracy,
- keep on having the same problems, with no will to fix them
- Sales driven organization where you have to suck up and do stupid things to appease little islands of power.

Start actually empowering your employees and let them make decisions.
- Hire competent people and pay them well
- Show people respect for their intellect - you are not fooling us with speeches full of hot air, when no concrete measures are in place to improve efficiency.

Opportunity for development if you want to take any class, course, management is open to it.. Opportunity for career growth, company seems to promote internal recruitment. Proud to work for an aerospace company.

Middle management is lacking leadership, not clear on what direction company is going. Lack of transparency and communication is not that great neither. Lack of organization, overtime.

Choose better the top and middle management, still great place to work.
Pros
Bombardier offers great name recognition and is involved on a global scale. There are many areas within which one may explore but unless you have higher form of education, there's a very real glass ceiling that's easily detectable.
Cons
Difficult to be promoted due to the number of employees in each department and beaurocracy. The pay is not great and they're micro managers.

Give employees incentives so that they want to stay with the company which will add value to the growth of the company.
