    Pros

    Good environment to work, great food, free food!

    Cons

    You often have to fill up other people's positions which leads to working your own station and another, being pressure to finish two positions by your self

    Advice to Management

    More organization, appreciate hard work, set up good examples and fully understand a situation before concluding.

    Pros

    Great atmosphere and positive environment to explore new and exciting cooking techniques, with access to the best possible local sustainable ingredients available.

    Cons

    Limited room for growth. Some times the size of the company makes it impossible to get noticed and set yourself apart from the rest of the flock.
