Pros – Great atmosphere and positive environment to explore new and exciting cooking techniques, with access to the best possible local sustainable ingredients available.
Cons – Limited room for growth. Some times the size of the company makes it impossible to get noticed and set yourself apart from the rest of the flock.

I worked at Bon Appétit Management full-time for more than a year
Pros – Normal working hours for food service
Cons – Poor management team. The sustainability focus they claim doesn't exist.
