    Pros

    Generally lots of shifts available. Nurses are very supportive. Education assistance if you work for more than 1 year and benefits available for part time.

    Cons

    Often find yourself working as the only CNA on the unit. Also often have to sit with patients who are at risk of harming themselves for extended periods of time.

    Pros

    I have been please to work in four different positions within the company. The daycare was one of many reasons I have stayed 20+ years.

    Cons

    As with all businesses, there are those that seem to get away with bad behavior while others do not. This is difficult to process at times when comparing to the values of the organization.Processes are very cumbersome and slow.

    Please provide a streamlined approach to both human and physical capital. The process is much to slow.

    Too many managerial favorites not doing their share of the work. Office culture favors the "in" groups. Lack of professionalism
