Bon-Ton Stores Reviews
-
Pros
co-workers are pleasant, "good people," and genuinely seem to care about each other
good work-life balance
easy workCons
Many management and executive-level decisions seemed to be made based on politics and perceptions as opposed to facts and numbers
Middle-management seems to be over-worked and under-trained
Constructive communication between teams seems to be almost non-existent
Some middle and upper-level management seem to operate in a bubble making decisions without gathering all of the facts
Easy workAdvice to Senior Management
If you want to succeed as a company, make decisions by gathering multiple perspectives and viewpoints from within your company and not on emotion or the here-say of a few. Good luck!
