Pros
Small stores in rural communities...good hometown feel, locals love stores.
Cons
Every since purchase of large CPS stores in West, all has become like any other big corporate atmosphere...used to be a great company to work for...gone the way of the rest of corp America.
Very sad.Advice to Senior Management
Close small underperforming stores and keep staff levels normal at remaining stores.
