Good training, good support, great management, great company

no benefits, the sky is the limit of what you can achieve and if you don't know how to manage your time properly this job is not for you

The Bond New York is one of the best regared Real Estate Firms in NYC and one can learn a lot from just the Bond Uni.
Cons
the structure of payment breakdown is not easy to understand and seniors are given higher cuts even though the Joiner is working double.
