Pros

Bonsai has a fun atmosphere. Everyone treats each other with respect and looks out for everyone's needs. There's very open communication. Jason (company CEO) is a great example and very intelligent. It was great to work for a company that you believe in their mission and how they treat their customers.

Cons

Really the only drawback is that the company is still young and small. When they become larger and are able to pay more competitively and offer benefits, it will be the best place to work. It will also have been great to work on larger client projects.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep up the good work. Try to "grow the business" and Bonsai will be a huge success.
