Good commissions in good times.

Management not respect frontline reps. No promote from within.
Advice to Senior Management
Be a rep for at least one year before being qualified for management.

Pros
interesting industry, established company with name recognition.
Cons
management style, pay structure, lack of employee appreciation and recognition, no decent reward system for a job well done.
Advice to Senior Management
The original conception and business model at Books Are Fun worked well. It used to be a fun and potentially lucrative place to work. The management team in place now would be well advised to try to get back to that original mode. Value your sales team as they are your Bread and Butter!
