The core business is dying and management doesn't know how to adapt.
Management only gave lip service to caring about employee concerns.
One bloodbath after another as they cut, cut and cut again.
On a personal note, I discovered after I left that HR offered me $4K less than the low salary for my position.

Stop basing your decisions on fear.

friendly coworkers, relaxing, fun, no need to be too professional, laid back, 9 to 5 working hours, no overtime ever

too little pay, not enough ops to grow, too little pay, very centered towards their industry, bad location to work
