Cons

* No increase in hourly wage when working overtime, on Sundays, public holidays etc.
* As a means of cutting costs, overtime rates, public holiday rates etc. are paid to employees in produce, which in this case means that employees are entitled to one original size smoothie every 4-5 hours.

Advice to Senior Management

Increase the wages of your employees rather than paying them in produce!
