Booz is a company that offers a specific work atmosphere compared to any other large strategy consulting firms in the place. Indeed, you do not feel obliged to play a role, on the contrary, the people tend to tell you to behave naturally, and not to try to "behave like a consultant".

Cons

The company has been structured with practices for a while, and then changed. The company also split in two recently I think. For all those reasons, it is natural to feel that this is not a very stable place to make a career.
