Pros
Employee discount, interesting customers, you get to see what's new before it comes out, being able to check out books for free.
Cons
Horrible management, being forced to sell "make" books, not getting enough hours, no raises in years, rude customers, very high expectations
Advice to Senior Management
Please give positive feedback to employees. Thank them when they do things as asked, and don't yell when something goes wrong
