    knowledge, good experience, motivated company, growing team, future plans in place, multi national team, various locations

    Cons

    there are no cpns in working at Borouge except that when it comes to emiratisation, you have to move aside because this is the policy

    Pros

    work life balance, stability, work environment is very pleasant, very competitive salary and compensation

    Cons

    Lack of growth and perspectives for expats

    Advice to Management

    Consider really living value of "respect" by clarifying expat employees about Emiratization

    Very efficient recruitment process. Dynamic leadership. Excellent package. Healthy work environment. Stable. Encourages professional growth. Low staff turnover. Excellent employee welfare and HR services.

    Cons

    Interviews may be tough and comprehensive. High selections standards. Emphasis on prior experience in petrochemicals. You will need to compete against large numbers of interested applicants.

    Advice to Management

    Allow less experienced but potential young professionals to apply

    Pros

    Good training opportunities, the company is on a rapid growth path and has resources to invest in employee development.

    Cons

    Not a fair opportunity employer. Very strong hierarchical culture. Responsibilities give doesn't correspond with level of empowerment. Performance appraisal processes lack consistencies and transparency.

    Advice to Management

    Please pay genuine attention to employees who still believe they can make Borouge a great company to work with.

    work life balance, respectful and comfortable environment, good work stability in medium, long term, relatively easy to adapt and good company growth plans for medium, long term

    Minimal job personal growth, poor Management communication, sudden changes in benefits and or written contracts, poor planning of initiatives and changes to employees benefits

    Advice to Management

    Proof check changes and new implementation for exceptions, scenarios before full changes are communicated. Resolve openly basic issues with employees first before implementing other nice initiatives to improve employees well being
