Pros
it was a small private company - benefit of being able to do multiple tasks and jobs without too many hoops to jump through
Cons
the downside of a small company especially privately owned is the limited upside potential and ability to move around the company
Advice to Senior Management
The company has since grown significantly and offers more opportunity but i'm not sure how much of a change management can make with the con described above
