Pros

Very good atmoshphere and despite it was the Japanese branch the management was western style. Not much overtime. Company dormitory in Tokyo suburbs.

Cons

The salary could be better. Job promotion doesn't happen so often. There are often changes in the organision. Lots of interns hired instead of long term contrcacts.

Advice to Senior Management

Maintain your efforts. It a very good company that care about its employees. The salary could be better though. As well as the promotion system.
