Pros – Decent work life balance
Management has an open door policy
Great culture: Annual meeting, annual homebrewing competition, free beer
Cons – Career advancement possible at junior levels in the office. Hard to advance at senior levels since its a small company
Advice to Senior Management – Try to retain good talent better : especially at low and mid management levels. Promote cross training in a more organized manner

Cons – Lack of Region Manager and Division Manager involvement in the market with Account Managers.
