Boston Capital is a great place to have a work/life balance. Senior management is both communicative and cares deeply about the well being of the employees.

Cons

The fairly laid back atmosphere in the company sometimes hinders more ambitious individuals. Most people are out of the office by 5pm.

Advice to Senior Management

I really appreciate management's open communications with employees of the company. It is good to know the direction management wishes to take the company.

Money is decent. If you need the money, don't turn down the offer

My manager was a serious slacker. The consequences of her slacking affected my workload.
