    People are friendly, and interact with each other a lot.
    My former PI is awesome. I felt so proud to be part of the lab.

    Department is too small.

    Given a moderate amount of responsibility as a student manager. You get to set your own hours and schedule. Very flexible shifts.

    The work can be far from intellectually stimulating.
