    Pros

Flexible hours, mostly friendly staff, nice start if you enjoy food and management

    Cons

Crappy customers, corporate always changes things when they aren't even there to experience how it effects the current staff. Low pay for what you do.

    Advice to Management

Stop changing our hot case and introduce a new salad...that should reel them in more.

    Pros

Employee Discount, Nice Coworkers, Managers are very friendly, Easy job, Good experience for future jobs since I'm only 16

    Cons

Unstable hours, Rude Customers, They expect you to do the same amount of work in a 4 hour shift when they cut you down to a three hour shift so they can save on labor, Poor judgment of the managers.

    Advice to Management

On my list of Cons there are mainly two things that bother me since you cannot really control your rude customers.

1: Unstable hours. This bothers me because multiple times have I gone in for a three hour shift (which is already kind of short) and then two hours in they send me home because they need to cut on labor. So basically I planned my day around this shift, get ready for this short shift, drive to work, and then only work for two hours. I m understanding with cutting hours because it is slow, but in my next thing on my cons you will see what really bothers me. Other times they call me and tell me that I need to come in earlier than I can. They don't take into consideration the rest of your day, and they do not stick to the schedule they put up for you to follow.

2: Poor Judgment/Management from the Managers. I say this because it is very slow at work, and it has been very since the snowbirds left(a month or so). My manager has been cutting everyones hours, and you gotta do what you gotta do so that is understandable. But what bothers me is that he keeps bringing new people on board instead of just giving the current workers the more hours they deserve. It makes no sense to bring more people on board when you already cannot work with the few you have. No one in my store is happy about this, not even the shift managers.

    Pros

    Flexible schedule for school.

    Cons

Very expensive benefits. Long work days with very little recognition towards those who work hard. Poor wages, with little to no pay bumps even after years of employment. Schedule was always late, always understaffed. Poor management within stores, includes favoritism and no discipline for mistakes that are constantly made. Lots of call outs and no shows. Lots of finger pointing when mistakes are made.

    Advice to Management

Pay people what they deserve and recognize their hard work.

    Advice to Management
