You get paid $10.00/hour plus at least $15 per delivery. Depending on your store/area, you could do at least 1 or more deliveries almost every weekday.

Use of gas/personal vehicle. Won't get a ton of hours.

    Advice to Management

Always be sure to have multiple employees who can take catering orders.

    Pros

We have an online survey that our customers can fill out to let us know how they feel about their service, and our manager keeps us updated on the percentage of "highly satisfied" surveys we receive.

    Cons

Not everyone works together, and some people try harder than others to achieve goals. There are also some people who don't work well together.

    Advice to Management

I think that if someone doesn't want to be there, they shouldn't be. There are some people who come into work each day in a bad mood, which affects everyone.

    Pros

Can move up if you pick up on a lot. Very fast pace, makes long shifts fun and interesting.

    Cons

Managers are the worst. Some don't care about your problems. Expect to do things that are not in your job description. Managers do not like to help you out. They rather sit back and watch you struggle instead of jumping in and making the rush very easy. Also had a store manager clock me in LATER then the ACTUAL time I had to cut back the hours.

    Advice to Management

Promote those willing to put in the work. As well treat the employees more respectful and like human beings.

Great members! If you are easy to get along than everything should be okay

    Cons

You just need to know how to handle the rush hour and have patience
