I have been working at Boston Market part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

depending on the managers, you may get a meal that day for free (very rare). Its a job that pays $8.00

    Cons

I haven't gotten one raise and I've been working 40 hours a week for 2 years. I wont be working there very soon. Management changes monthly it seems so good luck getting a continual schedule.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There have been 4 different managers since ive been working there....

    Cons

I could go on for days. Every company has their pros and cons. Some their pros just dnt outweigh their cons.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I worked at Boston Market part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Decent, considering it was my first job ever. I worked there for a summer between college semesters. You get half off on meals during your shift, and I often found it rewarding to interact with customers.

I noticed that they often trained workers to become managers, so it seems like there was a decent amount of opportunity for growth at my location.

Management was okay - as with most places, it's kind of a mixed bag.

    Cons

For the amount of work you do, the pay doesn't really justify it. You work very hard - probably about as much as you would if you were a server - and you don't get tipped for it or anything.

I also felt like each of my managers were on slightly different pages and often contradicted each other. It made things kind of confusing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Communicate with each other better and make sure you're teaching the same things to each employee.
