Regular customers look forward to seeing you
Cons
Lack of support to hourly managers from salaried managers
Company does not promote respect of hourly managers
Too friendly an environment, it is not a professional work place
Money is not that great for everything you have to put up with
Rules and procedures are often overlooked to get things done an 'easier' way
Not a great place to work if you feed off of structure and dependability
Advice to Senior Management
Check on your general managers, many have hourly managers doing their work for them so they can skip out on being there the whole 50 hours.

You keep upping the prices and giving the customer less. They want more for less, not less for more.

Pros
I built a family there, flexible hours, good first job(prepares you), support on time off that is needed, and 50% off food.
Cons
Never trained, unprofessional management, clear favoritism, the pay isn't worth the stress of the job, hours were randomly cut from all employees, and it was simply hectic, and very rude customers.
Advice to Senior Management
Train your employees, recognize a job well done by an employee, have some regularity in schedualing.
Pros
