    flexible hours, every where so you can transfer from branch to branch according to your desire, good food, clean, reasonable pay.

    if your relation with the manager bad your hour will keep cut-down

    Nice work environment. Fast paced makes days go fast. Pay is ok.

    Offers less wage for the same position to younger people.

    Pros

    We have a hard working, but fun culture at Boston Market. We believe in engaging our employees and hope they will in turn engage with our guests. Last month, we finished the roll out of our Guest Service Excellence program in all 460 locations nationwide

    There are to many micro managing in the company, that some times prevent you from doing your work.

    Get the experience learning to cook different things getting to meet an exciting team to work for and learn to deal with public

    The pay wasnt to good for the amount of hours that I had to work and sometimes it was a messy clean up

    Pros

    Meal discounts, flexible hours, awesome management! Customers are awesome, and work crew is FUN!! Work hard and you'll get more hours...even a raise...quickly!

    Cons

    Busy! High schoolers; high job turn over due to unexpected volume of work.

    Take a little more time to train us, and keep promises; dangling carrots only wprk for so long!

    Pros

    Free lunch/drinks, Easy hours, fun environment, Dont be afraid to show determination... YOU WILL BE NOTICED!, Make a customer's day by showing them respect (It's a give and take relationship... Kind of like Parents.)

    Cons

    Distance, reliable transportation is a MUST, cocky managers, shortage of supplies constantly.

    Advice to Management

    Pick competentamagers for truck orders.... Or prepare to have stressed employees and upset customers.
