I have been working at Boston Store full-time

    Pros

If you have a legitimately well developed sense of integrity, you would be able to repel the muck and grime and slime of the Women's shoe department If you don't, you'll blend right in as well No need for upward mobility unless you enjoy backstabbing, gossip, and lack of team work.

    Cons

No appreciation for legitimate, mature customer service No teamwork Lazy immature Petty no loyalty to the company The high ups get higher up and the associates stay in the trenches. Just be happy being a stepping stone to the under worked, grotesquely under-qualified, all WHITE FEMALE management staff whose highest priority is NOT the customer experience but getting further up the company and giving no one who is legitimately qualified who wants to stay with a company and do what they enjoy doing everyday

    Pros

Decent place to start a retail in management if you don't have experience. easy to move up and step up because no one wants to be there.

    Cons

turnover is insane and they will spread people as thin as they can. customer service is limited and as a manager i was very understaffed.

    Advice to Management

Spend more time hiring and training people who will stay with the company and try not to overschedule and overwork your current employees
