    Advice to Management

Should promote from, BostonCoach to Fidelity Investments.

    I worked at BostonCoach full-time

    Pros

It is ok if you like to drive all day up and down turnpike.

    Cons

You have to drive nonstop and do not get payed that much

    Advice to Management

Add more bonuses and incentives for drivers

    Pros

Weekly pay! Weekly pay! Weekly pay!

    Cons

Everything else! Under-trained, attitude having, young, unprofessional and unsupervised zoo of misfits and half-wits!

    Advice to Management

Fix your Human Resources Department and make them more visible and accessible to employees! Shake-up the "old-boy" and grand-fathered-in management and the childish, Dav-El and BostonCoach rivalries and double standards within this company. Also, hire new department heads with actual Call Center experience and success. You just transferred your call center to Boston after many years in Canada; your department is in-flux and disarray (on a good day!) Overall, get your heads out of your Arses!!

    Cons

  6. Stay away. This is no longer the BostonCoach that was founded by Ned Johnson of Fidelity Investments.

    Pros

There are no Pros. Should be called Ghetto Coach. There is no direction, only looking out for the only person at the top - who is a tyrannt, unethical. Larry Moulter listed here as the CEO departed in 2013.

    Cons

There are no longer any values, no culture, no perks. High turnover. All the policies, structure and processes previously the foundation of what was a great company is now gone.

    Advice to Management

Evaluate he who is running the company. This was a great company!!! BostonCoach no longer exists.

    Pros

Great company to work for. Great people and work life balance when needed.

    Cons

Fidelity sold company. It then took the typical car company feel.

I have been working at BostonCoach full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Weekly Pay! Weekly Pay! Weekly Pay!

    Cons

Poor Communication Poor Training Three different policies from three different companies High Turnover rate Three training groups have quit during the training process Over time available, but given to 'favorites" Over-worked overnight shift dose not get a differential. Roadshow gets paid $18.00 hour Reservations gets paid 13.00 hour plus handles road shows calls and reservations company refuses to pay differential. Not paid the differential. Fleet control gets paid $20.00 hour Terminations/Resignations are happening frequently Human Resources: Unreliable don't bother making a complaint! Long-term employees are allowed to curse, get in your personal space, and place their hands on you with no actions. Interesting fact the incident occurred with several witnesses and directly under the security camera management still ignored the complaint. Management Dose not assist you with questions. If you can not swim in the sink or swim method do not apply to this job. Oh and expect your first three checks to be misplaced, deposited wrong, or mailed. Expensive benefits with poor compensation rates.

    Advice to Management

Keep your distance from management. Go in, do your job, and quickly look for a new one. Managers treat everyone like their trash. It's best to steer clear, and do your job!

I have been working at BostonCoach full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Benefits are somewhat decent, people will work with you,

    Cons

It seems to be a situation where one was able to make a living, but can not make one now due to management's inability to run things right.

    Advice to Management

No use posting advise, because current management is more worried about how we look, as opposed to how we are doing.

    Pros

Good worker, good people. It's a good job if you're 65 years old and up.

    Cons

Low Pay. No future. They don't want to pay you for overtime unless they have to. The only way you can make money is with overtime.

    Advice to Management

The passengers pays the drivers 15%. So give the drivers a real wage increase, benefits don't put food on the table. And now you drag BostonCoach drag there feet on paying bonus.

    Pros

Amazing, dedicated and smart coworkers who have put up with drastic change and reduction of benefits with minimal complaints and hard work.

    Cons

New CEO puts on a nice front, but rules with threats. Everyone fears for their jobs and no teams communicate leading to infighting and distrust. Some new higher executives seem to have no idea what teams below them do on a day to day basis. Everyone mantra is to cover your own tracks because all departments will "throw you under the bus." Not currently a healthy work environment with little direction and leadership.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate the great hardworking employees before everyone leaves. Come to one clear business direction for all new and merged departments to move forward as one. Promote teamwork between departments.
