the salary was competitive - relocation bonus, end of internship bonus, gas paid ,it is a very big company therefore there are very big projects,

I did not like the responsibilities that were given too me, they were few, the job was redundant and not very exciting.

Advice to Senior Management

Give more responsibilities to interns, and ask managers to be more present in their work and teach them something from their experience.

Complicated to be promoted even after a few years with very good evaluations
Projects can last for long due to complicated decision processes
Lack of ambition sometime

Develop even more mobility within affiliates of the group.
Take care of high potential employees.
