    Pros

Lots of chances to go above and beyond. You can really stretch yourself or only do what is required and take your time doing projects.

    Cons

The hours can be tough depending on what your job is. But you have more say about that as you work at a camp 3+ years.

I have been working at Boy Scouts of America

    Pros

Good solid work environment with good people and great management. The experiences will carry for a life time. Really good for college students that just want to work summers and not year round also.

    Cons

Not a consitant environment and you can't really expect a full time career. You work frequent hours that average 60 hours a week and you make a way below minimum wage, on average 275 a week.
