Cons – - Organisational skills could be improved
- International aspects of the country need to be refined to allow for easier communication amongst other countries

Pros – State of Kansas and State of Missouri and Federal Government funded new buildings for Bradken in Atchison Kansas due to new bridge.

Cons – Bradken Management in Australia could care less about Kansas job growth, instead invested in plants in Washington and Louisiana.

Advice to Senior Management – Do something positive for employees and Kansas.

Cons – The Company was filled with a lot of old people, no much room of promotion

Advice to Senior Management – To promote second liner to bring the Company to a new era

Cons – Rapidly growing and very demanding envirionment

Pros – Pay and benefits were good for the area, but not in line with the industry. The core workforce is made up of long-term employees.

Cons – The Management is restrictive in their HR policies and lacking in follow through on personnel issues and performance review. Merit and cost of living pay is minimal.

Advice to Senior Management – Actually follow your stated HR polices and treat employees with respect. Communications should be open and honest to all employees.
