Pros – Fun working environment, passionate and dedicated colleagues, great culture and plenty of growth opportunities

Cons – Sometimes too start-up-y, not enough structure but that's to be expected for a company of its size

Pros – Great concept - career networking leveraging the Facebook platform
CEO very well connected
Unlimited PTO / flexible work hours

Cons – No real culture (handful of "events", no real team feel or office bonding)
Everyone scared to say anything = no real culture
No clear direction from management, lots of confusion, lack of direction
No real value for users, deficient enterprise product
Tried to sell products before finishing any products = disgruntled customer experience

Advice to Senior Management – Culture is not about scheduled events, for example bowling from 5 - 6:30 pm.
