    I worked at BranchOut

    Pros

-Good exposure to a rapidly growing startup
-Much flexibility within the role to explore different methodologies
-Communication between lowest and highest employees

    Cons

-Lots of confusion within the MAP program
-Treated unprofessionally, as if you haven't worked a day in your life before this position

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Create a more structured MAP program that produces stronger contributions and doesn't simply serve as a resume builder.
