Can make well above average if the store has good traffic

Too many sales associates in slow stores and no up system
Many unqualified associates drive away business

They need to get outside management to help them figure out how to grow the company.

Listen to your people instead of dictating to them. Make them feel like they count. Don't talk down to them. Promote fairly; not just on basis of race or where they're from.

Company stock up plenty goods for consumer, all name brand electronic you can think of. Great employee discount base on products. ( Markdowns are not included). This is the only place you'll shop for name brand large and small appliances if price is what you interested in (Only)! Be careful what you wish for. Level of income is poor base on department level. Average pay for the top two top departments TV/Appliance are $36,500, $100,000 year. Don't be full. To reach six figures you must give it all, bring on your A game and some redbulls... your going to need it.
The top sale specialist in Appliance at Doraville location probably would agree. All said and done
other income becide managers range form $7.50-$10.50 per hours and smaller department range from $17,500 to $30,000 per year.

Poor customer service, store Managers lack of product knowledge more so in Stockbridge location.
Employee work on commission basic with no base pay or draw pay. Work long hrs, Por delivery service/ except TCI. Lack of traning.

Stop swearing on sale floor/ Become more like leaders/ Change the Sr. pay structure to salery+ commission. Thank you!
