I worked at Brandt Engineering full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

There are some great people here, the plumbing side has some of the best in the business?
The alll Brandt MEP jobs were some of the best projects ive ever been on. The HR dept is also top notch. They try to make up for the lacking dept heads

    Cons

Electrical side is a revolving door, its all about what have you done for me lately? There is no integrity. There is no senior support or mentor. Its sink or swim.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Match your leaders to the projects, putting a foreman/superintendant which they have no experiance and hanging them out dry is not going to be successful

I worked at Brandt Engineering as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Everyone is really friendly and easy to work with. Great looking place to work as well. Would say this company has plenty of room to grow and offers plenty of opportunities to climb up the ladder.

    Cons

Not many. Would say however that in some cases there was not a larger emphasis on collaboration between employees. But that could simply be a personal preference.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep doing what you're doing.

The overall experience was poor, but the major changes made by the new Executive Leadership Team are poor at best.
