Pros
Brandywine has some very good people. The work atmosphere is fun. However, in accounting and finance there is a strong work hard paly hard attitude. Benefits are very good as well.
Cons
Frequent mergers and dispositions are difficult on the organzation especially accouunting and finance you have to do most of the hevey lifting
Advice to Senior Management
Like manamgent at a lot of compneis Brandywine's should realize the negative impact that mergers and aqusitions can have on employees.
