Pros
The people I work with are great, except for many of the attorneys, who have no idea what it's like not to have a 6 figure income.
Cons
The shareholders have absolutely no guts and bow down to the main shareholder, who has no management or people skills at all. He has said that he won't "let the lunatics run the asylum", meaning the legal assistants\secretaries have no voice whatsoever in any decisions made, EVER. We are all treated like second (or third) class citizens who could be replaced in the blink of an eye.
