    ProsMakes arguably the best products in dentistry.

    ConsTerritories are very large so you will easily put 30-50k miles/year on your car. Constant turnover in management and ever changing company focus/initiatives are their biggest problem.

    Advice to Senior ManagementUnless you are trying to become a distributor, take a long look at going back to what you are known for (burs) and focus on innovation there.

    Good job, but low pay

    ProsGood atmosphere to work in. Friendly people and good managers. No issues getting time off for doctor or personal time conflicts. Scheduling is nice and benifits are competitive.

    ConsTechnical jobs have a below average pay scale. some of the managers inhibit growth, but that is an issue anywhere. Only a 1.5% match for 401k(though that may change soon)

    Great company! An industry leader for dental products.

    ProsBrasseler USA is a great company with one of the strongest brands in the dental industry. They pay higher than average wages for the State and region they are located in. Sales staff are paid on based on sales / gross profit and have uncapped earning potential. Brasseler USA offers a full benefits package, including insurance, vision, dental, etc. for full-time employees. The company is very innovative, flexible and family friendly. Brasseler has been through a reorganization of its top management and has good leaders in place. Brasseler USA has one of the best training programs in the industry and strong relationships with leading clinicians in the dental industry. Definitely in a growth mode, in lieu of the downturn in the economy, we are expanding and growing daily.

    ConsI haven't really found any downsides.

    Advice to Senior ManagementKeep up the communications to the employees, it's key.

    Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    This is a company in transition, proceed with caution!

    Distric Manager (Current Employee)

    ProsThe products. The compay is well respected and customers will give you time to discuss new innovations. Begining compensation is in line with industry standards and bonus money is attainable.

    ConsThis is a comany in transition. You are presented as a consultant who brings value to the customer, but you are evaluated as a transactional comodity representative. As a result, expectations are constantly shifting. Compensation is on the decline. Health insurance has a large deductible, and contributions to Health Savings Accounts as well as contributions to 401K accounts have been slashed. In addition, for sales reps, it is very dificult to get out of "hirring package" (50K a year)which will limit your income in the first two years. They have also initiated a new compensation structure which makes passing 100K a year increasingly difficult. Some reps in small territories actually make less once they are off the hirring package!

    Advice to Senior ManagementDecide who you are. To your customers; are you a high end consultive company or are you a low cost commodity supplier? To your employees; set consistant expectations. Continue to be demanding, but balance that with a healthy respect for people.
