Pros
Fun atmosphere, great beer, great co-workers, nice location downtown
Cons
Management is uneducated about best practices for the restaurant industry, management lacks tact and is not very interested in employee needs and interests if it conflicts at all with business as they see fit.
Advice to Senior Management
Owner should step down as GM. Hire someone qualified with ethics and morals as opposed to who you have now
