Pros

Cons
It is very demanding environment
Advice to Senior Management
Inaddition to retaining and doing business with same clients - get in to market and and explore great opportunities ahead
Pros
Good work culture/flexible working hours, and empowerment to plan/execute assignments. Very transparent/cordial /knowledgeable colleagues/direct client interactions bring in global exposure.
Cons
Lot of self/ peer created pressure to cope with the latest in technology to earn appreciation, recognition and rewards.
Advice to Senior Management
Although regular events at BrickRed break monotony to large extent, similar thrust on classroom trainings will bring even better results.
Pros
BrickRed has all ingredients to be a performing company - employees, clients, work culture, policies and procedures.
Cons
Performance does not come at comfort, you have to struggle & slog to perform and sustain growth in BrickRed.
Advice to Senior Management
Although we are seeing on-site opportunities coming up now, but our hunger for on-site posting is more.
Pros
Lots of fun, flexible work time, learning & performing culture, respect for all employees and timely payment of good salary
Cons
Lot of thrust on assignment based learning and delivering quality results with less onsite opportunities to meet customer delight.
Advice to Senior Management
No one wants to leave BrickRed. The company should negotiate and make resigned employees stay back and achieve zero attrition.
Pros
Flexible work timings, knowledgeable colleagues, great work-life balance, encouraging environment to take risks and many opportunities to explore/ experiment.

Advice to Senior Management
Give greater thrust on larger projects with more on-site opportunities for people
