Bridge is the a great place to work. Extremely understanding, especially family and personal issues. Benefits, vacation, and holidays are excellent. Tons of support and understanding. Friendly atmosphere, without being unprofessional. Just a terrific group of people to be a part of.

Not enough opportunity for advancement. A little too much control in some areas and not enough in others.
Advice to Senior Management
Give employees more responsibility, trust them more, or change hiring expectations.

Hands on, very dedicated and knowledgeable staff. Open door policy. Lots of support and encouragement. Increasing responsibility and exposure. People are here because they are truly passionate and love the work they do.
