Brigham Young University Reviews
-
Pros
Management is very open to working around University classes. The job requires little thinking, I usually listened to talk radio while I worked. Overtime is never needed. The direct supervisor is very kind.
Cons
The work is very repetitive and pay is average to below-average compared to other jobs on BYU campus. There is no room for promotion or job growth.
Advice to Senior Management
Find ways to improve job design: give people more tasks or switch tasks assignments once in awhile. Allow for more interaction and community-building among employees.
