    Pros

It's fun to focus on something specific - like IMDB or mobile or cloud - unlike the other providers which try to do everything. Allows you to become an expert, even if you're not strong technically.

    Cons

The hours are unreasonable, even by India/offshore company standards. Many 16+ hr days. Management questions why you're not working on the weekends. Says they're a US minority owned company (to create jobs in the US), but sends all work offshore which is an ethical issue.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your customers on why they do business with you. Then use that to firm up your story. Right now there is a disconnect.

    Pros

There are not any good things I could say about this company. They are branched off of Collabera who I thought had drive at one point. This company, Brillio needs new managers and senior managers.

    Cons

Management is all about themselves. Obvious favoritism. They will miss providing you an appraisal and also cut your salary. i would not recommend this company if you want a career path.

    Advice to Management

Put the right managers in place. Hire some that have the right communication skills & know how to work with different types of people. Not just the ones from your same hometown.

    Pros

Commitment to new ideas and new know how for customers great management team aggressive beyond imagination hungry for success great benefits

    Cons

I have to leave because of some personal stylistic issues. I can't work in a startup like culture. If you want to work hard and reap benefits then this is the place. I'm happy with my life and i don't want to work hard so I'm going to go join my family business.

    Advice to Management

keep going the way you are. you are already seeing a lot of success so no reason to stop. i do think you guys need to get rid of the baggage at once and not on a trickle down basis.

    Pros

The people! The minds, the drive that all seem to demonstrate. I've been at companies where people are hyper focused and the environment feels cold and uninviting. Our Silicon Valley office is the exact opposite; people are engaging, positive yet working hard and being productive, a perfect combination.

    Cons

For me none but we are a global company. Just to keep things in motion I find myself emailing or making calls right before my bedtime if I want answers from the India team which is many hours ahead of us CA folks.

    Advice to Management

I like what I am seeing so far from leadership. I am very optimistic about our future.

    Pros

You are good as long as you follow the "Yes Boss" rule. They pay salary in time.

    Cons

Collabera Solution to Brillio transition is the worst possible thing could happen. The so called "new know how" & "transformations" n all are only to show outside, ultimately the people are the same. There is very high handed ness in handling people, either you obey them fall in line with them or they will remove you from the project and company. People talk nasty there and the environment is typical of a government office. There is a lot of sycophancy in the office. Leads/PMs are the spys and they spend more time on keeping an eye on employees than they spend time working on things. There is lack of action from the decission makers, even though the feedback has been given many a times.

    Advice to Management

Don't let it go another typical sw service company. Take employee feedback seriously. You might get business but you will end up in having huge attrition.

    Pros

I worked very closely with the management team for several months and i feel it was very refreshing to see a team focused on future and not just outsourcing and offshoring. Very impressive vision and then investment in technologies to back it up. i wish i had continued but had to leave due to location constraints.

    Cons

early stage transformation driven company so if you are looking for 9-5 job this aint it. go here for excitement

    Advice to Management

keep it up. pls don't hire more people from IT services companies.
