    Sweatshop mentality, no career growth

ProsIt's a former startup owned by a very stable Fortune 50 company which is one of the few in the technology industry where there are no layoffs. They provide dinner at no cost to employees four nights a week.

ConsThe workload is crushing. Employees are expected to work long hours and weekends to meet product deadlines--the free dinners are provided for those who work past 8pm. Internal politics are unpleasant. Performance scores are forced onto a bell curve.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

It is good for a beginner but not good enough when you become experienced.

ProsThe co-workers are smart and the relationships are great. The managers respect the employees. flexible work time. Provide free four dinners.

ConsThe pay is not great. The pressure from customer is very high. Many coworkers are not from CS background and the projects are poorly managed.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe managers were great. But too many senior leaders left the company for other chances. The company also need to balance the CS and the application side.
