Infrastructure is great, but give the intelligent people you select the work worth their talent. If you need planners,get MBAs. If you want coders, select accordingly. Dont select first and then decide what to do with them,

Tons of work at challenging time lines. Onsite offshore keeps you busy for many hours in a week. Bonus is never guaranteed tied to the management performance which gets affected by many reasons.Unreasonable k p I setting

No clarity, you will be busy doing multiple projects, after couple of years here you will find it difficult to find a job as u would lack focus on ur CV. No trainings or upgardes to your CV.

- stop blaming the lack of vision on market
- your employees are smarter than you think when you give the same roadmap and empty presentations over and over in the name of reaching out
- performance and not last name should be criteria for promotion
- invest in sales and try to retain talent
