“Good learning experience with reasonable salary”

Pros

Good opportunity to work with senior people and to work on challenging projects. One has opportuinity to wokr on muliple projects simultaneously of different level of complexity. Have system to give direct feedback.

Cons

Less salary compared to market rate. Non-significant increment on promotion to higher level. Almost no chance to be a manager or team lead.

Advice to Senior Management

Increment in the salary on promotion should be increased. Currently, it is negligible.
